HANNAH WU is a senior director of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at ServiceNow where she enables the enterprise to action on DEI challenges and priorities with a global and data-driven approach, and drives structural inclusion to improve equitable outcomes across the employee lifecycle. Wu previously worked as director of DEI at Peloton and PwC. At Peloton, she developed and scaled the DEI strategy from the ground up for a hyper-growth organization and at PwC, she led DEI for the Advisory (consulting) practice of 19k+ people across the U.S., India, and China. Wu spent the first 13 years of her career at PwC in consulting, helping technology companies protect their intellectual property and generate revenue, while also leading multiple employee resource groups and supporting DEI leaders part-time. She is a proud alum of UC Berkeley and lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two kids.
