Gisell Rodriguez

Gisell Rodriguez is Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability & Real Estate at Novanta Inc., where she leads global enterprise programs that enhance organizational resilience, drives sustainability initiatives, and optimizes the company’s worldwide real estate portfolio. Gisell has consistently embraced new responsibilities and successfully transformed them into sustainable, long-term organizational capabilities. At Pearson for over 15 years, she advanced from Human Resources to Global Risk Management, leading global insurance strategy, M&A risk assessments, claims management, and broker relationships while serving on the board of Pearson’s captive insurance program. She joined Novanta in 2022 to establish the company’s risk management function from the ground up, including the development of an in-house captive insurance program, and subsequently expanded her leadership scope to include Global Real Estate in 2024 and Sustainability in 2025. In 2025, Gisell completed Harvard Business School’s Advancing Women in Leadership program, further strengthening her commitment to inclusive leadership and professional excellence. She is an active leader within Novanta’s Women’s Employee Resource Group and is dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of women leaders.
