Executive Spotlight | Navigating Age in a Multigenerational Workplace
EVONNE DELANEY was named chief human resources officer at YETI in July 2022. She brings over two decades of experience in both corporate and consulting human resources environments, with a strong emphasis on workforce optimization through data-driven decision making. Prior to her time at YETI, Delaney worked in a variety of corporate HR roles at Capri Holdings Limited and Siemens Corporation, most recently as the vice president, global total rewards & workday for the luxury fashion brands Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace. Before that, Delaney worked as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson, advising Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries and geographies on a wide range of HR topics. She holds a BS in business information systems and mathematics from Boston College.
