ERIN CONNOR leads Cisco’s Crisis Response (CCR) and strategic partnerships within its social impact and inclusion office. She oversees grants and technical deployments that provide secure connectivity and aid for disaster-affected communities. Connor also manages partnerships with organizations like Mercy Corps, NetHope, and the UN Refugee Agency. With 20+ years in the social impact sector, Connor has led strategic initiatives in corporate and nonprofit settings, including launching programs in Indonesia and Kenya. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MA in International Development from American University.
