Erin Bentz

Erin Bentz is the Senior Director of the Global Talent Center of Excellence at New Balance Athletics, where she leads the strategy that drives organizational advancement through associates’ growth and development. With more than 20 years of experience, Erin has guided global organizations through transformation by shaping people strategies and advancing talent and organizational development. Her work helps organizations, leaders, and teams define what matters, build essential capabilities, and create meaningful change. 

Erin holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA, along with an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Erin is a long-time practitioner of meditation and mindfulness. Based outside of Boston, Erin enjoys time with her partner and family and is committed to living—and helping others live—a holistic, intentional, and values-driven life.
