Erica Lambert is an accomplished executive leader with 20+ years of
expertise in business strategy, services, sales, and operations. She is a
direct, pragmatic, balanced, and persistent leader focused on business
growth and development, team member success, and delivering
differentiated solutions for our customers.
Erica currently leads the Dell Technologies Services Customer Success
organization: Account Management Services, DT Select, Dell Learning,
Federal, Telco and CVE. She empowers customers and partners with
proactive guidance, tools, processes, and capabilities to unlock the value of technology. She reports to Doug Schmitt, President, Dell Technology Services.
Previously, Erica ran the $8B global services sales organization for Channel, Alliances, and OEM; driving significant business growth through and with our partner community. A 29-year Dell veteran, she has held
several leadership roles across strategy, acquisition integration, sales operations, as well as SMB & Public sales.
Erica is an executive board member for the InterFaith & Women in Action ERG, as well as the Vipers lacrosse organization in Austin. A mom, ally, mentor, and volunteer (Austin Christian Fellowship), she leads from the front enabling team member’s holistic health – mind, body & spirit.
Erica earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island, and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two sons, and Cavapoo, Ollie.
