Emma Thibault is currently the Senior Director of Technical Enablement at PTC, a global software company focused on helping manufacturers drive digital transformation through their engineering, manufacturing, and service organizations. She has spent her career focused in training and enablement across a multitude of disciplines including ethics & compliance, negotiation, and social justice in industries ranging from non-profit, to retail, to consulting, and finally tech. She has a passion for innovating and helping others reach their full potential within their roles through mentorship, coaching, and sponsorship. Her broad and varied experience includes structuring and leading complex initiatives, assessing and meeting client needs, improving organizational effectiveness, and reducing operational risk.
