Ellen Lee

Ellen LeeELLEN LEE is a director for technical program management at Google. She currently leads the Program Management Organization (PMOrg) for Core, Google’s software infrastructure organization. With over seventeen years experience at Google, her career has largely centered around technical program management inside big infrastructure and data problems, especially in the early days at Google where she spent over eight years working to help build the server, networking, and datacenter infrastructure that powers all of Google today.

Lee believes that investing in the ‘next generation’ of talent is priority number one, and she has been an active mentor, Tech Advisor, and sponsor for Googlers. She is the executive sponsor and leads strategy for Core’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council. Lee is also the executive sponsor for Grow with Google’s first ever Project Management Certificate Program, which trains people in job-ready project management skills they can directly apply to jobs in a fast growing tech industry. @google
