As Senior Manager of Community Impact at United Airlines, Edith leads the airline’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, managing community and corporate partners to deepen local impact and solidify United’s presence as Houston’s hometown airline. A bilingual market strategy leader and change management expert with over 20 years of global experience, she specializes in driving strategic growth and meaningful community engagement. Throughout her career at United, Edith has spearheaded complex, high-impact projects, including international rebranding campaigns across multiple countries and large-scale airport operational transitions. She passionately bridges corporate goals with community connection, serving on key leadership boards such as the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and The Alley Theatre’s “El Zócalo” Latinx Committee. Edith holds a B.S. in International Business and French Literature from Trinity University in San Antonio. When she isn’t driving impact locally and globally, she loves traveling the world and exploring new destinations with her husband and two children.
