Dr. Annemarie Silver

Annemarie Silver is Vice President of Business Transformation at ZOLL Medical, where she leads complex, cross-functional initiatives and strengthens organizational capabilities. Prior to her current role, she spent most of her career in Clinical & Scientific Affairs, where she advanced research and innovation as a scientist, inventor, and leader. She holds a Ph.D. in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has built her career at the intersection of science, innovation, and leadership. In recent years, her work has increasingly focused on organizational capability building, leadership development, and accelerating collaboration across functions. Annemarie served as the inaugural executive sponsor of ZOLL’s Women LEAD employee resource group for nearly four years and is currently pursuing a Leadership Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University and ACT. Outside of work, Annemarie is passionate about community service and is the proud mother of three children. Drawing on experiences from science, innovation, leadership, parenting, and service, she shares practical lessons on sustaining performance, staying grounded under pressure, and thriving through change.
