DONNETTA HAGIST is a senior program manager within Google’s Finance team. As a certified PMP and Prosci Change Management Practitioner, she has over 13 years of program management experience leading multi-million dollar transformations. The joy of her job comes from building collaborative cross-functional relationships to drive execution. In 2017, Hagist earned her MBA with an emphasis in international finance one day before she married her husband. She currently resides in Austin, TX with her husband and their two daughters. Outside of work and family time, Hagist enjoys running the local trails, planning her next trip abroad, and mentoring fellow Googlers. She believes change is inevitable so embrace it.
