DELORES ROCHESTER is a group vice president in North America cloud infrastructure, who leads Oracle’s Enterprise Software business for the comm/IT, media, retail,and services and hospitality verticals. She has over 25 years of experience building and leading high-performance teams in sales, sales management, business development, financing, finance, and operations. Before joining Oracle, Rochester had a 17-year tenure with IBM. While at IBM, she received 3 U.S. and 5 IBM patents and was published in the Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Counsel Journal. A graduate of Brown University, Rochester received her BS in chemical engineering. She also holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of material science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). She is an alumnus of Oracle’s Accelerated Executive Institute(AEI) and a certified sales executive fromThe Harvard School of Business. Rochester is a member of the Oracle Executive Diversity Council.
