Deborah Rivers is a supply chain leader with over 30 years of exceptional experience and transformative leadership in supply chain and operations. Her career has been marked by innovation, strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and proven success across multiple organizations. Her visionary approach to operational strategy, combined with her ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, has defined her career.
She currently serves as VP, Clinical Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she oversees the global clinical supply chain for the R&D portfolio, ensuring supply strategies align with clinical program needs to ensure timely, reliable delivery of life-changing therapies to patients globally.
Deborah earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering, and an M.B.A. in Business Management, all from Penn State University.
A strong advocate for inclusion, Deborah is a core member of the J&J Health Equity Council and mentors emerging leaders with a focus on women in STEM.
