Dawn Frazier-Bohnert

DAWN FRAZIER-BOHNERT is the executive vice president of global diversity, equity, & inclusion officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In her role, she is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Liberty Mutual’s global DEI strategy and programs. She has held several other HR leadership positions, including partner at Global Novations, a Korn/Ferry International Company, The Gillette Company, Lotus/IBM, Fidelity Investments, and Millennium Pharmaceuticals. She is a recipient of Black Enterprise’s 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity list. In 2021, she was named to the “Elite 100” Black Women Leaders by Diversity Woman Media, was named one of Intelligent Insurer’s Top 25 D&I Champions, and is one the National Diversity Council’s Top 100 Diversity Officers in the U.S. Frazier-Bohnert attended Mount Holyoke College and graduated from Boston University with a BS. @workatliberty
