CRYSTA DUNGEE is a values-driven and action-focused leader who has dedicated her career to transforming organizational culture and advancing underrepresented and marginalized leaders. Dungee is currently the head of DEI for the US region of Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she leads the strategic roadmap for ~20K employees across 10 business units. She has previously driven cross-functional teams and global DEI initiatives at multinational organizations including: The Coca-Cola Company, Amazon Web Services, and Sodexo. She centers her work on developing data-informed strategies to address the individual capabilities and organizational systems to sustain inclusive workplaces.
