Cynthia Stark is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience transforming customer and employee experiences and capabilities, running global operations, developing multi-year strategies and launching hardware and Cloud/Premise based software products globally. Cynthia is currently part of Google’s Global Affairs organization focused on transforming Google’s approach to Regulatory Compliance. Previously she was a leader within Google CORE Engineering focused on optimizing business processes and capabilities across multiple functional areas to deliver value through efficiency and productivity gains to support Google’s ability to grow to $300B+ in revenue annually.
Within Google, Cynthia has an active role in driving DEI efforts including serving as an Executive Sponsor for the Women@Core DEI group committed to connecting, supporting, and empowering all Women across the organization and beyond.
