Cristina Hallinan

Cristina Hallinan currently leads cross-functional project teams in the development of devices and primary and secondary packaging solutions for the vaccine portfolio at Sanofi. She joined Sanofi 18 years ago, beginning her journey on the shop floor as an operator and progressively advancing through a variety of leadership roles across the organization. Cristina’s extensive operational experience spans multiple critical areas of drug product manufacturing, including Vaccine Formulation, Aseptic Filling, and Packaging, where she has consistently driven operational excellence and process improvements. She also served as Head of Injectables at Swiftwater, leading drug product validation activities within the MSAT organization with a deep commitment to innovation and team development. Throughout her career, Cristina has championed the growth of those around her, making her a passionate advocate for early career professionals. She is honored to bring that perspective to the Pennsylvania Conference for Women.
