Courtney Wisecarver leads Bank of America Business Banking Operational & Support Organizations throughout New Jersey, Greater Philadelphia, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In this capacity she is responsible for executing strategic priorities, oversees regional operations performance, sales support, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
Since joining the company in 2000, Courtney has led teams across several lines of business including Consumer, Risk and Finance roles supporting Global Commercial Banking, Global Treasury Services, and Business Banking. During her tenor in Business Banking, Courtney also led the Sales Performance & Support organizations across the East Coast. Additionally, Courtney served as the Business Finance Officer responsible for executing core finance functions, including providing strategic guidance and performance insights to the business, driving efficiency and operating key control processes that ensure the integrity of the financial results.
Prior to joining the bank, Courtney earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Courtney lives in Matthews, NC (suburb of Charlotte) with her husband and two children, Riley and Adam. She is a member of Charlotte LEAD for Women, where she mentors women in other lines of business on an ongoing basis.
