Courtney Simmons

Courtney Simmons is a Senior Director of Human Resources at Teradyne, a global leader in automated test equipment and advanced robotics. Over 26 years with the company, she has held a range of global HR leadership roles, partnering closely with senior executives to lead organizational change, develop talent, and build high-performing teams. She has helped lead multiple acquisitions at Teradyne across different business groups, guiding the people and culture integration that brings new teams together. Courtney is passionate about leadership development, mentoring, and coaching, and about helping people grow into what they’re capable of. She holds an MBA from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Outside of work, Courtney is a mom of four and a lifelong runner who has crossed the finish line of five marathons. Those experiences have taught her as much about endurance, pacing, and resilience as any leadership role.
