Christine Roberts brings over 30 years of financial services experience to her role as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Needham Bank. She is an accomplished leader with a strong tenure in banking and executive management, which complements and enhances Needham Bank’s dynamic leadership team. In her role, Ms. Roberts delivers operational excellence by spearheading initiatives that enhance customer relationships and drive strategic growth. She leads by providing innovative customer-driven solutions and elevating the financial services landscape.
Before joining Needham Bank, Ms. Roberts served as President of Citizens Pay at Citizens Bank, where she led consumer financing solutions and a team focusing on strategy, execution, risk, technology, credit, product development, and customer experience.
In October 2024, Ms. Roberts was featured in American Banker, which spotlighted “The Most Powerful Women in Banking.” She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Northwestern University. Ms. Roberts resides with her family in Wayland, MA.
