Christina Crowley serves as Senior Vice President of Global Services Operations at Dell Technologies. She leads a team committed to advancing operational excellence and executing innovative solutions across Dell Technologies Services, all while delivering an exceptional end-to-end service experience for both customers and employees.
In her time at Dell, she has held global leadership roles across Sales, Services and Operations, consistently driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience.
Before joining Dell Technologies, Christina established and led the software compliance team at Oracle focused on software audits and advisory services. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
At Dell, Christina serves as an Executive Sponsor of the Veterans & Supporters and True Abilities ERGs, as well as the Executive Sponsor for Nature Fresh Farms and Zones. Recognized for her leadership and mentorship, Christina was named CRN’s Mentor of the Year, Channel Chief, and one of the 100 Most Powerful Women of the Channel in 2023. Beyond her work at Dell, she contributes to her community by serving on the boards of the Boston American Heart Association and the Massachusetts Commonwealth Corporation.
