Christina Corona is Vice President of Operational Excellence at Emerson Test & Measurement, where she leads enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. With more than 30 years of leadership experience and innovative solutions across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, new product introduction (NPI), and business operations, she has led global transformations that improve quality, accelerate execution, strengthen operational performance, and deliver measurable business results.
A first-generation college graduate, Christina earned a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Edward’s University and an MBA from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about developing people, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
Her commitment to leadership extends beyond the workplace. As a native Austinite, Christina serves as Board Chair of Breakthrough Central Texas, Chair of the Austin Community Foundation’s Hispanic Impact Fund, and Executive Sponsor of Emerson Test & Measurement’s Latino ERG. She is a member of L500, a national network of Latina executive leaders and is also an advocate of organizations such as Latinitas and WiSTEM.
