China Widener

China Widener serves as Deloitte’s US Consulting Technology Sector leader, and member, US Board of Directors. She is a long-time DEI champion. Her consulting career has crossed industries, sectors, and capabilities including direct client service delivery, account leadership, and executive coaching. As the technology sector leader, she is focused on leading the next gen evolution — industry transformation and convergence, and Gen AI impacts across the high-tech. In prior roles, she advised technology and government clients on business and operating transformation and outcome-based performance program design. Before joining Deloitte, Widener spent 15 years in industry holding various C-suite roles including COO, Chief Inspector, and served as an assistant prosecuting attorney and in-house counsel.
