Cathi is a biopharma executive with more than 25 years of commercialization, development, and portfolio management experience across multiple therapeutic areas in the US and globally.
In her role leading Enterprise Strategy, Cathi is a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Bristol Myers Squibb and is accountable for Corporate and Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Analytics and Enterprise Governance. Cathi joined BMS in 2021 to lead global marketing and commercial development, and to build strategic portfolio management capabilities. Prior to joining BMS, Cathi spent more than two decades
in roles of increasing responsibility and scope at Roche/Genentech, primarily in oncology. During her tenure there, Cathi was the global program leader for Roche’s anti-PDL1 program from its entry into clinic through its broad therapeutic expansion, global licensing, and commercialization and over the course of her career, has held sales, marketing, and strategic roles.
Cathi holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
