Cathleen Ahearn

Cathi Ahearn is Senior Vice President, Portfolio Strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb. With more than 25 years of commercialization, development, and portfolio management experience across multiple therapeutic areas in the US and globally, Ms. Ahearn is a strategic and results-oriented leader who is passionate about the power of cross-functional collaboration to advance outcomes for patients. Ms. Ahearn joined BMS in 2021 to lead global marketing and commercial development, and to build strategic portfolio management capabilities for the organization. Prior to joining BMS, Ms. Ahearn spent more than two decades in roles of increasing responsibility and scope at Roche/Genentech, primarily in oncology, and over the course of her career has held a broad range of sales, marketing, general management, and strategic roles. Ms. Ahearn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and currently serves as a Board Member for the Pennsylvania Conference for Women and Capital Healthcare.
