Carol Lee Mitchell is a senior executive with 27+ years of global leadership in payments, technology, and financial services, Carol Lee has held key roles at leading institutions including Bank of America, Mastercard, and United Airlines, driving business growth and innovation for consumers and small businesses worldwide. At Bank of America, she led Small Business Strategy, the Breakthrough Lab accelerator, and national grant initiatives supporting 1.5 million women entrepreneurs and 11 million business owners.
Carol Lee holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA from San Francisco State University. She serves on the boards of the PA Conference for Women and Bucknell University and was named a 2023 Outstanding 50 Asian American in Business by the AABDC.
