CARI GALLMAN, is the senior vice president, chief compliance and ethics officer for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). Gallman is responsible for reinforcing the company’s strong culture of ethics and integrity. She champions efforts that ensure BMS operations are conducted in compliance with ethical business practices, the organization’s principles of integrity, and local laws and regulations across the globe. Gallman is a recognized industry leader and has received numerous awards and accolades celebrating her leadership professionally and in her community. She serves on the boards for various organizations, including MJHS Health system & Elderplan/Health First, the Mount Sinai Medical Legal Partnership, and Nazareth Housing, Inc. Gallman holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Princeton University, magna cum laude.
