Cami Narino is the Chief Operating Officer at Furnished Finder, where she leads operations and a team of more than 200 employees. Over the past 10 years, Cami has been instrumental in scaling the company from its earliest days, building the infrastructure to support growth from zero to over 300,000 listings nationwide. She has overseen the development of core functions including Customer Experience, Sales, Trust & Safety, Billing and HR operations, creating a foundation that allows the team, made up largely of women leaders and operators, to thrive. With an MBA and over a decade of experience in proptech and temporary housing, she has helped establish Furnished Finder as a trusted leader in the market.
