Brooke M. Thomson is President and CEO of Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), the Commonwealth’s largest statewide business association. A respected public policy leader with more than 20 years of experience, she previously served as AIM’s Executive Vice President of Government Affairs, Vice President of Government Affairs for AT&T, Chief of the Business, Technology and Economic Development Division in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts Legislature’s Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy. Thomson serves on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston Board of Directors and is active in housing, workforce, and economic development initiatives statewide. Thomson earned her bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. She lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts, with her two daughters.
