With over 25 years’ experience in media and community engagement, Brittney brings expertise in corporate and non-profit executive leadership, reputation management, keynote speaking, stakeholder outreach, and results-driven legislative and business development strategy.
Brittney’s career includes founding Grit + Pearl Public Relations, an award-winning Latina-owned PR and communications firm, and serving as COO for the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she led operations, legislative strategy, and business development as the region’s leading Latino business resource and advocate. She has also worked with the Office of the Attorney General and the Texas State Legislature as an executive speechwriter and senior legislative strategist, and has served clients across a variety of industries building a reputation for innovative, impactful public engagement strategies.
A proud daughter of Alpine, TX., Brittney holds Bachelor degrees in Int’l Relations & Political Science from St. Mary’s University. Outside of work, Brittney deeply values time with family and friends, and enjoying Austin’s verdant trails with her beloved English Labradors, Bixby & Reese.
