Barb Vlacich

BARB VLACICH is vice president, global sales operations with Kronos Incorporated. In this role, she is responsible for the 350-plus global team members that directly support the Kronos salesforce and the product sales cycle, inside sales, lead development, presales, cloud sales, and alliance partners. She also manages the internal staff readiness function for all employees within sales and presales. Vlacich has more than 20 years of senior management sales, presales, and service experience within the workforce management industry with both vendors and consulting companies.  She joined Kronos in 2003 as director of HR/payroll services and was promoted to vice president of presales operations in 2006.  Over the past several years, she has focused on organizational excellence throughout Kronos, including simplifying business processes, improving career development opportunities, and bringing innovation to the selling process.  Her passion for exceptional customer service drives her team’s focus on their internal customers in sales, as well as their relationship to Kronos customers. Vlacich is a sought-after speaker who has presented at many industry conferences on topics ranging from creating a desirable customer experience to managing high-performing teams. Vlacich attended Rider University in New Jersey and serves on the board of the United Way. @kronosinc
