ANGELA ANTONIO Angela is the Small Business Region Executive for the Los Angeles Region. Angela leads a team of Small Business Banker Managers responsible for executing local strategies and tactics that drive client experience, client relationships and operational excellence. Across the region she cultivates a culture of client centricity and collaboration to achieve operational and performance excellence. Through teamwork with leaders throughout the enterprise she ensures integration, alignment, and effective partnerships that facilitate the delivery of the entire breadth of solutions Bank of America has to offer clients.  Angela held the Region Executive role for the Arizona / Southern California Region prior to taking the helm in Los Angeles.

Preceding her position as Region Executive, Angela was the Regional Performance Manager for the Orange County/South Bay Region in Small Business Banking.  She was responsible for delivering the regions’ sales and service plans through coaching and developing Small Business Banker Managers. She developed processes and routines designed to assess and close any performance gaps.

Angela joined Bank of America in 1994 as a Teller in Orange County.  During her 30-year tenure, she has held several management positions in the Consumer Bank including various roles in the Financial Center, Market Growth Leader, Consumer Market Manager and Consumer Market Executive, Sales Performance Manager and Small Business Banker Manager. Angela is a two-time recipient of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Award.  She is a member of the CA Women’s Network and the multicultural women’s leadership forum.  Angela also serves on the Susan G. Komen Grants Review Board in Orange County and as a NAWBO Ambassador and board member for the LA chapter representing our firm. NAWBO-LA recently awarded her the President’s Award for 2023 for dedication and unwavering commitment to Women Business Owners.

Angela is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Marketing/Management.  She resides in Yorba Linda, CA with her husband, Doug and 2 sons.
