Ana Docampo is the Digital Innovation Lead at Werfen, a global leader in specialized diagnostics. In her role, Ana focuses on identifying and incorporating new technologies such as artificial intelligence to drive value creation across the organization. She partners across functions to identify opportunities where technology can optimize processes and enable new capabilities. She is passionate about empowering women in STEM and creating inclusive environments that foster growth and leadership. Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their Boston Terrier, Rocky.
