Amber Bonlie is EVP, Chief Talent Officer for Liberty Mutual Insurance’s People, Purpose & Brand organization, where she partners directly with the Chief People, Purpose & Brand Officer’s leadership team — spanning talent, inclusive experience, brand & communications, community investments, sustainability, security and enterprise-enabling functions. With 27+ years in HR and talent leadership — including more than 22 at Liberty Mutual — she has grown from Principal HR Generalist to Chief Talent Officer, following an early career rotating through various HR roles at Footstar. Her work today focuses on culture and belonging, leadership development, workforce planning and the future of work.
