Aline Arslanian is a senior technology executive with more than 18 years of experience leading large-scale engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud modernization, and digital transformation across highly regulated industries. She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Engineering at TD Bank, where she leads software engineering, quality engineering, DevSecOps, site reliability engineering, cloud implementation, engineering modernization, automation, AI enablement, and scaled agile delivery across U.S. business lines and shared services.
Aline is known for building high-performing engineering organizations and driving complex transformation agendas that strengthen operational resilience, improve delivery speed, enhance quality, and create measurable business value. Her leadership spans credit cards, payments, lending, digital banking, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI, with experience supporting technology ecosystems serving millions of customers and hundreds of millions of transactions.
Prior to her current role, Aline held senior technology leadership positions at TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Neudesic (IBM Company), and Siemens Healthcare. She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from West Chester University.
