Alexandra Dailerian serves as Vice President on the Impact & Inclusion team at Comcast and is accountable for the company’s employee engagement program portfolio. She also leads technology enablement and grants operations, bringing innovation and execution to the corporate social responsibility organization. Prior to this role, she held several other roles within Comcast, including leading the internal communications technology revamp of the company intranet, and various corporate and field programs, spanning across Human Resources, Communications and Technology. Before joining Comcast, Alexandra held several program management roles within the Office of Technology and Innovation of the City of Philadelphia, and she also brings more than five years of global management and strategy consulting experience.
Alexandra has earned her Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Albright College.
Alexandra is a proud Romanian immigrant, a loving mother to two incredible boys, wife and twin sister.
