Adrelia Allen is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in clinical operations across diverse therapeutic areas. As the Executive Director of Clinical Trial Patient Diversity at Merck, she leads a team of operational experts focused on developing and implementing strategies to enhance representation in clinical trials. Under Adrelia’s leadership, her team was honored with the 2024 Citeline Champion of Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Research award. Additionally, Adrelia was the recipient of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star award for her efforts in promoting representation within clinical trials. Adrelia holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
