Portrait of Addie Swartz

Addie Swartz

Addie Swartz is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about empowering women. In 2013, she launched her third company reacHIRE, a career re-entry solution that enables accomplished women who have taken a career break to successfully re-launch their careers at leading companies. reacHIRE provides comprehensive, experiential career training and development that culminates in a paid, flexible work assignment. Hiring partner companies receive turn-key, no risk access to an untapped pool of exceptional female talent. reacHIRE graduates are driving positive business results at a growing list of Boston-area companies including Fidelity, EMC, Boston Scientific, Putnam and Panera Bread. Prior to reacHIRE, Swartz successfully built and sold two companies: the Beacon Street Girls ® brand and book series and BrightIdeas® educational software. Swartz has been featured in The Wall St. Journal, “Good Morning America,” NPR and Working Mother. She is a graduate of Stanford University and Kellogg School of Management. @addieswartz
