Lunch Ingredients & Allergens
Attendees who require an Alternate Meal (both vegan and gluten-free), must update your meal choice on the registration site. If you are attending as part of a group, please ask the main registrant for your group to update your meal selection.
Meal preferences must be entered by either individual attendees or the main contact for group registrations no later than November 12, 2025.
Standard Meal:
Five Spice Chicken Salad: chicken breast; Chinese 5 spice seasoning (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, anise, star anise); mandarin oranges; napa cabbage; baby arugula; cucumber; scallion; carrot; water chestnuts; wild and jasmine rice; salt & black pepper; canola oil.
Dressing: non-gmo expeller pressed sunflower oil; water; organic sugar;, organic tamari soy sauce (water, organic soy beans, salt, organic alcohol); organic white vinegar; sesame tahini paste; organic Hawaiian ginger; organic toasted sesame oil; sea salt; xanthan gum; dried ginger; dried garlic; black pepper.
Fruit Salad: pineapple; mango; blueberry.
Chocolate Chip Cookie: brown sugar; vanilla; gluten-free flour; salt; baking soda; baking powder; 58% chocolate chip (cacao kernel, sugar, cacao butter, dextrose, vanilla, emulsifier); oat milk; violife vegan butter (palm and palm kernel oil, water, sunflower oil, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, natural flavor, annatto, vitamin A palmitate).
