About the Role

As a Resume Reviewer, you’ll work directly with attendees to provide 1:1 feedback that helps them strengthen their resumes, build confidence, and take next steps in their careers. This role is best suited for experienced professionals with backgrounds in hiring, recruiting, or career development.

What to Expect

• Sessions take place in a designated CareerWorks area within the venue
• 1:1 resume review sessions (~20 minutes each)
• Attendees are matched with you throughout your shift (no pre-scheduling)
• Sessions run throughout the day, with a pause during the Keynote so you can attend

Shift Schedule

Resume Reviews are offered in shifts across the day:

• 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 1:30 PM – 3:15 PM
• 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM

Time Commitment & Expectations

• A minimum of two shifts is required
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each shift and be available for the full duration
• Shift assignments are based on preferences and program needs
• Shifts cannot be changed once confirmed
• Participation in one required virtual pre-event training session

Application & Selection Timeline

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to early applicants.

Decisions will be emailed by May 15, 2026. Accepted Resume Reviewers will receive confirmation with next steps and shift assignments. Due to high demand, not all applicants may be selected.
