TX Volunteer Opportunities (2025)

Volunteer at this year’s Texas Conference for Women! Here’s everything you need to know before you apply.

New Location

Our venue has changed to the Moody Center at 2001 Robert Dedman Drive, Austin, TX.

Volunteer Shifts

There are two volunteer shifts, and you must be available for the whole shift. Each shift has a limited number of spots. If we’ve reached capacity, you will be placed on the waitlist.

SET-UP DAY

Tuesday, October 28, 2025
1:00 – 6:00 PM (CT)

Responsibilities include: assembling name badges, delivering materials to various locations, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

CONFERENCE DAY

Wednesday, October 29, 2025
6:15 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)

Responsibilities include: assisting at security entrances, providing directions, assisting in session rooms, managing lines for various activities in the Interactive Hall, and other tasks as needed.

There are very few tasks that do not involve walking or standing. This may not be your best volunteer opportunity if you cannot stand or walk without frequent breaks. If you require a special accommodation, please email [email protected] so we can determine if this opportunity is right for you.

What Do I Receive for Volunteering?

  • All volunteers receive a complimentary registration to the virtual National Conference for Women on March 4, 2026. 
  • Volunteers assigned to the Set-Up Day shift receive a complimentary pass to attend the Conference. This pass includes access to all offerings, including a boxed lunch (vegan/GF meals are available).
  • Volunteers assigned to the Conference Day shift cannot participate as attendees; however, you can view the mainstage speakers and experience some aspects of the Conference (as long as your responsibilities are complete). You will receive breakfast and lunch (vegan/GF meals are available) and a complimentary volunteer T-shirt.

**Please note, we have secured complimentary on-site parking for our volunteers for both Set-up Day and Conference Day; however, transportation and travel are not included.

How to Apply

Complete the application form below. The CFW Team will review all applications and email you if your application has been accepted. At that time, you’ll have one week to confirm your spot, or the team will release your shift and fill it from the waitlist.

Conference Day volunteers will wear a volunteer T-shirt, and we ask that they wear their own white shirt underneath. We encourage sizing up, as shirts do run small.
