TIFFANY MARTIN-OGILVIE is an experienced Senior Learning and Development leader at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). Driven by innovation, she leads a learning team that shares a passion to create progressive, creative, and impactful learning solutions to fit the growing needs of the business. Martin-Ogilvie is the co-creator of programs and initiatives such as our award-winning Rising Stars training program for new talent, and the UKG Flex Team that supports our progressive workforce and talent mobility.
