Currently, as Global Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Enterprise IT at Bristol Myers Squibb, Sydney leads the global charge in creating a seamless digital experience that balances innovation and security while protecting the company’s most valued information. Her efforts have created a digital ecosystem that engenders trust among colleagues, customers, and patients worldwide. Prior to joining BMS, Sydney was Vice President of Cyber at Capital One Financial, where she developed, implemented, and ran numerous programs that took the program from nascent stage to maturity. During her nearly 20-year tenure, Sydney built several programs that became industry models.
