Sandy Immerman

SANDY IMMERMAN is head of the IT project and vendor management offices at Shire Pharmaceuticals. She is a vice president responsible for IT planning and governance.  In her current role she is accountable for IT portfolio planning, organizational change management and communications, vendor management and enterprise wide service management.  Immerman has been in a variety of IT leadership roles ranging from strategic planning to program delivery to operational support.  She has worked at Astra Merck, AstraZeneca and CSL Behring.   Immerman earned a B.A. in communications and theater, as well as an M.B.A. from Temple University.   She is the proud mother and grandmother of four children and one granddaughter.   For fun she is currently working on completing a graduate degree in history.   @shireplc
