Liz Glotch

Liz Glotch is a successful executive with more than 21 years of retail leadership experience.
Currently, she is the Group Vice President of Stores leading strategy and operations for 74
stores in the Northeast. In this role, Liz and her team are continually focused on putting the
guest at the center of everything they do to help fulfill Target’s purpose of ‘Helping all families
discover the joy of everyday life.’
Liz joined Target in 2003 as an Executive Team Leader of HR in Salem, Massachusetts. Since
then, Liz has held a variety of leadership roles across the country including Group HR Director,
Store Director, District Senior Director and Vice President Store Operations.
Liz received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Endicott College and her master’s
degree from Emerson College.
