Kristy Lilas

Kristy Lilas is head of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at GoDaddy. Lilas is responsible for implementing holistic, integrated and inclusive strategies that allow GoDaddy employees and customers to feel empowered and supported – furthering the business’ mission of making “opportunity more inclusive for all.” Lilas combines an educational and personal background in social justice topics with corporate experience in organizational operations and change management to drive meaningful change. Prior to joining GoDaddy, Lilas worked at global Ed Tech companies in a variety of roles in diversity and inclusion, human resources, strategy and operations, technology, and product and program management.
