Kirstyn Pearl

KIRSTYN PEARL is the founder and CEO of Seacoast Sweets, a rapidly growing boutique chocolate company launched during her time at Bentley University. Along with running her own company, she also serves as a financial analyst and client services coordinator at CBRE, the largest full-service commercial real estate services company in the world. In that capacity, she is responsible for creating and fully-implementing a financial analysis model that has been used on over 300 commercial deals, provides transaction management services for a national client portfolio of 33 properties and serves on the board of the Fun Action Culture Committee. Pearl is a determined leader with a diverse pallet of professional and personal interests. She was an integral part of the founding and organizing of the national tech and commercial real estate conference series, DisruptCRE, and remains a special adviser for their continued growth. Pearl earned a B.S. from Bentley University, where she served as president of the Real Estate Group, and recently earned an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.  @kpearl89
