Heather McIntosh Cassano

HEATHER McINTOSH CASSANO is the senior director of user experience at Google. She leads a team of 200+ product designers, researchers, program managers, writers, and front-end engineers in California, Seattle, New York City, Zurich, and Munich supporting 300 product teams across 50+ global offices. She has served for over two decades as a product design leader at technology companies like Google, Pearson, Yahoo, and Symantec. At Google, Cassano has led several large, global product design teams with a focus on enterprise products, analytics, and ads delivering hundreds of successful products driving up to $80 billion annually in revenue for Google. Her current team is working to reinvent the workplace by innovating next-gen, world-leading enterprise technology for Google and beyond. Cassano is a member of the UX Leadership Council (go/uxlc) and is a leader in the DEI space at Google, working to increase diverse representation and running inclusion programs. @google
