A dynamic and innovative leader, Danielle brings over eight years of experience leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, alongside more than two decades of expertise in change management and talent development at two of the largest U.S. organizations in the cable internet and financial services sectors. Her multidisciplinary background spans business analytics, organizational transformation, and human history and culture.
Driven by a deep commitment to community impact and workplace inclusion, she integrates inclusion and belonging principles into every interaction; creating spaces where individuals feel welcomed, and cultural awareness is elevated. She joined Teradyne in 2021 as a Global DEI Program Manager and outside of her professional role, she is a proud stepmom, auntie, and devoted Big Sister to a Dean’s List Division I athlete. She completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University and Southern New Hampshire University, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University.
