Moderator | That’s a Good Question: How to Soar in STEM
DANAE BUCCI is a reporter for WCVB Channel 5’s award-winning NewsCenter 5 team. She joined WCVB in March 2022 from WJCL, the Hearst-owned, local ABC affiliate in Savannah, Georgia where she was a part of their news team since May 2020. Bucci is the recipient of several journalism awards including a 2021 “Best Reporter” GABBY from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters at their annual award ceremony that recognizes excellence in broadcasting. She graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2020 and was a full-scholarship track and field athlete, competing as a high jumper.
