Chantee is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering solutions through complex problem solving and strong collaboration. With over 20 years of experience, Chantee believes creating an inclusive work environment and connecting with people is what drives results. As the Utility Training Director at PECO, Chantee is responsible for driving a strong safety-first culture as well as the overall development and continuous improvement of technical training programs for field operations, maintenance, emergency response and customer service. Chantee serves on the Board of Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit organization that works to fight children’s clothing insecurity by providing children living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school and at play. She is passionate about financial literacy and ensuring all communities are given access and opportunity to learn essential financial skills. Chantee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton University. She also completed the Leading Strategic Growth online executive development program at Columbia University.
